What is debossing?
Debossing is indenting paper to make an impression. In this instance, the photograph frame is pressed into the card, and then the photograph sits in that frame.
Can I have one image from the gallery on a set of cards?
Yes. You can have all six the same image, or any combination.
Can I have small and large cards in the same gift box?
No, I’m sorry, this is too complicated to arrange online at present.
Does the large card need a large letter stamp?
No, it takes an ordinary first class stamp with Royal Mail – at 160mm square, the envelope falls just within the size guide.
Do you have regular new images?
Yes. Send me your email address here and I’ll alert you to them when they are placed on the website.
Can I have Express Delivery? I’m in a hurry.

Can I buy cards in bulk – without their boxes?
Yes. There are special prices according to the number purchased. Please contact me here.
Do you do prints of your images?
Yes, to order. Please contact me for further details here.
Do you sell frames for the cards?
Not at the moment, but if there is sufficient demand I will.
When can I expect my order?
Normally your order will be posted to you by First Class Mail within a week after receipt of payment. If there is delay for some reason, I will alert you to it.
Can you post my order to someone as a gift?
Yes - see the delivery section here. Please allow sufficient time in advance if the order is to arrive on a special date.
I would like you to send a box as a gift but I don’t want to have the price shown on the documentation delivered with it. Can you ensure that it isn’t there please?
Yes. Please tick the section ‘to be sent as a gift – no price to be shown’ on the order form and I will ensure that no price is displayed.
My order has not arrived - what now?
First Class Mail is normally a next-day delivery service. If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of dispatch, or if the package is damaged, please contact me.
What if I am not happy?
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, then please return it within 30 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund upon receipt. I recommend that you return it via some type of recorded delivery.
